"I find a profound connection with the natural rhythms of the sun and moon, enhancing the yoga experience through these energies. My evening sessions, bathed in the gentle glow of moonlight or soft candlelight, align with the moon’s calming influence, inviting deep relaxation and introspection. This tranquil setting supports Yin Yoga and gentle practices, allowing for a restorative and meditative experience.
Conversely, my early morning sessions harness the invigorating energy of the rising sun. Practiced in serene outdoor settings, these sessions take advantage of the fresh morning air and natural sounds to awaken and energize the body. Early morning yoga has been shown to boost metabolism and improve mental clarity, setting a positive tone for the day ahead.
By aligning my practice with the cycles of the sun and moon, I offer a unique journey that connects you with nature’s rhythms and your inner self."
The Dance of the Sun & Moon in My Practice
my journey to yoga

With a 200-hour teacher training certificate from Shri Hari Yoga Academy in South India and an 80-hour Yin Yoga teacher training from Akasha Academy in Bali, I bring a rich background in yoga to my practice. As an RYT 200 teacher with an 80-hour in-depth Yin Yoga training; Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Hours YACEP., my journey includes extensive hours of teaching both groups and individuals. My training in meditation and energy work, alongside my personal experiences, informs my method, which blends the vibrant strength of Yang with the deep, nurturing qualities of Yin.
My teaching philosophy celebrates the feminine, balancing the dynamic and the gentle. I provide precise, clear instructions within a framework that allows for freedom, creating an environment where students feel both supported and encouraged. The energy in my classes fosters a sense of community and personal connection that extends beyond the mat.
